Prior to living and working in Delaware, Dave served as an NYPD police officer. His time spent in law enforcement was gratifying due to the ability to make a direct impact on the lives of American citizens. During that period, he was spending his nights and weekends in Rehoboth Beach, restoring homes and enjoying the fine community of the downtown area. It was then that he discovered an unexpected passion for real estate and property preservation and renovation, and he set about pursuing his new dream.
